My Settings Calendar Options

New World ERP > User Settings and Sign-Out Icon > My Settings

A Calendar Options panel has been added to the My Settings page to allow your calendar items created in New World ERP to be exported to your Outlook calendar and Outlook items to be imported to your New World ERP calendar, giving you a comprehensive view of the activities you have scheduled each day.

The Calendar Options panel contains buttons that let you turn these features on and off.

When Show Outlook events on new world ERP calendar is turned on and you log into New World ERP, your outlook items are pulled in for the calendar week currently displayed at the top of the home page. When Export new world ERP events to Outlook is turned on, any items you add via the Add new event button on the home page are pushed to Outlook as appointments.

You also have the option to select a Show Time as option at the bottom of the panel.

Note: Exchange credentials are specified in the Management Console. The user selected here must have access to the email box of the logged-in New World ERP user.

Note: Removing the exchange credentials from the Management Console indicates at a system level that exchange integration is not desired. In this case, the user settings page will not display the calendar preferences card.
